How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver within 28 days of payment. If for any reason this is likely to be longer we will inform you upon ordering.
What is your returns policy?
If the product is not as ordered (i.e. mis-spelt or incorrect colour/finish) then we will supply a refund or a replacement.
If your product(s) gets lost or damaged in the post we will always to our upmost to send you a replacement or refund.
Can I collect my item(s)?
Yes if you are local to the Spondon, Derby area and would like to collect your order all you have to do is put the code COLLECT62 in the discount box at the checkout and it will take off the postage costs and then we will message you once your order is ready for you to collect
